Important: First-time clients must schedule a Meet & Greet before booking.

Working With Us

We’re excited to welcome your pup! Before joining daycare or boarding, we ask that each pet complete a free Meet & Greet so we can get to know them.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our clients whenever possible. Please review the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds:

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least three (3) days prior to the scheduled booking date are eligible for a full refund.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within three (3) days of the scheduled booking date will incur a $50 cancellation fee for boarding services.

• Early Pickups: If a pet is picked up earlier than the original end date of the booking, no refund or credit will be issued for the unused days. This policy is in place because reservations are accepted based on limited availability, and each spot is held exclusively for your pet during the reserved period.

Meet & Greet (Required, No Charge!)

All dogs must complete a free Meet & Greet before starting daycare or boarding. This visit allows us to:
• Introduce your pup to our environment and staff
• Monitor comfort level, play style, and behavior
• Ensure your dog is a good fit for group play or individualized care

Pet Requirements

To keep everyone safe and healthy, we require:
• Up-to-date on Rabies, DHPP (Distemper/Parvo), Bordetella, and Canine Influenza
• Spayed or neutered by 9 months old (or earlier if behavioral issues arise)
• On regular flea, tick, and heartworm prevention
• Completed Meet & Greet (no charge, required before first visit)
• Dogs must be in good health and free from contagious illness or parasites

Daycare Reservations

• Reservations required at least 24 hours in advance
• Reservations can be made through our website
• Please check for a confirmation email once submitted

What to Bring for Boarding

• Your dog’s food (portioned per meal)
• Any necessary medications (in original packaging or clearly labeled)

We provide:
• Bedding
• Bowls
• Toys and blankets

Reserved Rights

For the safety of all guests and staff, Beast Paws reserves the right to refuse service to any dog at any time.

Overnight Reservations

• We recommend booking 2–3 weeks in advance, especially during holidays and peak seasons
• Boarding is first-come, first-served
• Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid fees

Returning Guests

Dogs who have not visited Beast Paws in 6 months or more must complete a re-evaluation Meet & Greet before returning, to ensure continued comfort and safety.
